Unstable Strategic Environments

Strategic dynamism can be expressed in the simple form of:

Strategy A beats Strategy B
Strategy B beats Strategy C
Strategy C beats Strategy A

Of course, in a probabilistic world/game, it would have to be re-expressed as:

Strategy A beats Strategy B more often than not
Strategy B beats Strategy C more often than not
Strategy C beats Strategy A more often than not

And, ultimately, all games will have a whole list of inferior strategies (X, Y & Z) that will be beaten by A, B & C more often than not. But, as long as there is a strategy (D) that is more likely than not to beat at least one of the top strategies, no matter how many other strategies defeat D, there is nevertheless a state of strategic dynamism between D and all the other strategies in the game.
